Job Description

Overview This is a full-time Team Lead - Imaging Services position located at West Hospital. The hours are
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
6:30p-5a . No Call or travel - Rotating Holidays. This position will be a leader at night who will assist all modalities but have a CT/XR background - Working both in CT and XR. Seeking a positive Leader who is flexible and has the ability help set a standard for our Imaging Team. Plans the work flow and employee distributions within the department. Provides various lead functions within the Diagnostic Radiology department while providing functional guidance to staff. Ensures staff interacts with patients and others in a positive manner and are competent to care for patients from pediatric through geriatric. Success is accomplished by promoting a team-oriented and service conscious environment. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required. Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning. Requires active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT). Requires Radiologic Technologist license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).
