We are seeking a Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation unit in Indiana. Position Details:

Location:

Near Crane, Indiana.

Dates:

December 24, 2024 (7:00 AM) - January 3, 2025 (7:00 AM).

Coverage Type:

Inpatient rehabilitation unit, including admissions, discharges, care planning, and daily rounds.

Daily Patient Volume:

Approximately 10-12 patients.

Schedule:

Daytime rounding on-site. 24-hour call coverage throughout the assignment. Weekend call and rounding as part of the assignment.

Medication Management:

Physicians will handle their own medication management.

EMR System:

Meditech.

Support Team:

Includes experienced RNs and patient care technicians.

Requirements:

Board Certification/Eligibility:

Required in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Experience:

Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory.

Licensing:
