Permanent MD/DO Family/Internal MedicineLocation:
St. John, IndianaMomentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent position in St. John, Indiana. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable and expanding healthcare team in a rapidly growing community just outside the Chicago metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult and/or all-age patientsManage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive care needsDevelop long-term patient relationships focused on wellness and educationCollaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to optimize outcomes
Qualifications:
