Call Schedule:
1:6 She Recruits is partnering with a hospital-employed surgical team seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Colorectal Surgeon to join an established surgical program. Practice Overview Dedicated surgical block time Strong referral base Multidisciplinary cancer support services Modern OR facilities Responsibilities Perform colorectal surgical procedures Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations Collaborate with oncology and GI teams Participate in 1:6 call rotation Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Productivity incentives Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance CME allowance Malpractice coverage with tail
