Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only A mission-driven, team-based primary care program in Elkhart, Indiana, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient-only practice serving the community through exceptional, accessible care. Position Highlights Outpatient-Only Family Medicine Mission-focused, interdisciplinary care team Opportunity to practice with autonomy in a collaborative setting Serve a diverse patient population with meaningful community impact Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive care and chronic disease management Perform minor office procedures Deliver women's health services, including paps, contraception counseling, and implants Partner with care coordination teams to support quality and access goals Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM 4 clinic days and 1 administrative day each week No weekends Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $250,000 DOE $18,000 sign-on bonus Federal student loan repayment 4 weeks PTO plus 11 paid holidays CME allowance of $2,500 and 5 CME days FTCA malpractice coverage Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) with 3% match Location Enjoy affordable Midwest living in Elkhart, Indiana , with easy access to South Bend and Notre Dame .
