Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only A mission-driven primary care organization in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only role with excellent work-life balance and strong community impact. Highlights Outpatient-only Family Medicine 4 clinic days + 1 administrative day No weekends Collaborative, team-based care model Autonomy with strong clinical support Diverse patient population Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $250,000 DOE $18,000 sign-on bonus Federal student loan repayment eligibility 4 weeks

paid holidays $2,500 CME allowance + 5 CME days FTCA malpractice coverage Medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) with 3% match Role Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive care, chronic disease management, minor procedures, and women's health services in a supportive outpatient setting.
