Inpatient and OutpatientSeeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologists to join a growing urology practice in Elkhart, Indiana. This opportunity offers the ability to help develop a new surgical urology service line while joining a collaborative, community-focused team within a large health system.
Position Highlights:
Full-time hospital-employed opportunityJoin a collaborative practice with three full-time urologists and two nurse practitionersOpportunity to help develop and expand a new surgical urology service lineIn-office diagnostic testing including cystoscopy and transrectal ultrasoundInterest in physician recruitment and practice growth encouragedLeadership and teaching opportunities through affiliation with a medical school and residency programSupportive, team-based practice environment
Work Schedule:
Call every third weekend and every third dayApproximately three full clinic days per weekOne to one and a half days of scheduled surgerySurgical coverage for cases scheduled around clinic days and call shifts

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in UrologyFellowship training desired but not requiredOpen to experienced physicians and new graduatesStrong team-oriented approachEligible for Indiana medical licensure
