Care for critically ill newborns in a state-of-the-art Level

III NICU

Utilize advanced capabilities including therapeutic hypothermia, jet ventilation, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, and neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) Currently in-house call with 5 neonatologists, transitioning to a model with overnight nurse practitioner coverage with neonatologist at home call Excellent pediatric subspecialty support from hospital-based pediatric cardiologists, gastroenterologists, neurologists, and other specialists Comprehensive OB service including MFM program, OB Clinic, and in house OB hospitalists Dedicated, highly-trained NICU nurses, respiratory therapists, dietitians, speech therapists, Physical and Occupational Therapists. Participate in QI projects, as well as intermittent education of medical and physician assistant students

Registration:
