Job Description

Lutheran Hospital, a member of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN , is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology team. Experienced candidates and new graduates are welcome to apply!

Details of Position:

Cardiology outreach clinic at 955 High Street in Decatur with some inpatient rounding in AM and PM at Adams Hospital, varies 1-5 days Additional Clinic at 7916 West Jefferson Blvd, varies 1-5 days Work with collaborative team Mon-Fri 8am-430pm Open to experienced candidates and new graduates Cardiology experience preferred Comprehensive Compensation Package includes: Competitive compensation Commencement Bonus CME Allowance and CME days Vacation, 401k with match, Health/Vision/Dental/Life
