Job Description

Enterprise Medical is assisting a community health center in northern Indiana with its search for a Family Medicine physician. The group provides primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay. Practice Work with two primary care physicians and three advanced practice providers The clinic is open Monday
  • Thursday
  • 8A to 7P; Friday
  • 8A to 5P; Saturday
  • 8A to 1P See around 22 patients per day.
Work one late evening per week and one Saturday per month. The candidate can work a 4-day workweek eClinicalWorks EMR Solid financial package ($260K to $275K) with excellent benefits and potential loan repayment. Community/Location A family-friendly community of 3,700 with good schools and reasonably-priced real estate. 90 minutes from Chicago, IL. 2.5 hours from Indianapolis, IN GB-2508-101055
