With four established providers, this collegial team delivers exceptional care in a supportive environment-without the burnout. Highlights 60% OB / 40% GYN - balanced schedule Two da Vinci Robots + dedicated OR block time 550-600 deliveries per year across the group Epic EMR + full support staff (NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs) Lots of provider autonomy within a collaborative group

Compensation & Perks Base Salary:

$450,000 + quality and productivity bonuses

Sign-on Bonus:
