Northwest Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative, hospital-employed team in La Porte, Indiana . EMR:

Cerner Call Structure 1:3 call rotation (weekends and overall coverage) Supported by 3 CNMs covering their own patient panels Average of 11-12 deliveries per week

Post-call:

1 administrative day off Additional compensation provided for call Candidate Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Eligible for Indiana medical licensure Robotics training preferred (training available for interested candidates) Open to new graduates and early-career physicians Compensation & Benefits Base salary w/RVU based bonus structure Income guarantee: 18-24 months Commencement bonus Relocation assistance Student loan repayment
