Seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join a growing, collaborative nephrology practice in northwestern Indiana, offering a balanced mix of clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach coverage in a well-supported regional system.

Position Highlights:

Flexible full-time schedule with clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach responsibilities Low-travel outreach coverage to nearby dialysis locations (typically Outreach rotations include weekly and monthly sites with manageable patient volumes Call coverage approximately 1:4 Average outpatient volume of patients per day Low inpatient census (0 5 patients per day) Strong Nurse Practitioner support within the practice Collaborative, team-based environment focused on continuity of care Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a growing service line
