Sleep Medicine opening in IndianaMishawaka, IndianaFull timePosition OverviewSeeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive evaluation and management of sleep disorders in a collaborative, integrated care environment. This role includes interpretation of diagnostic studies and longitudinal patient management across a regional sleep program.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret in-lab and home sleep studies
• Provide clinical evaluations and ongoing management for new and established sleep patients
• Deliver longitudinal care and treatment planning
• Collaborate with referring providers and allied health professionals
• Support regional sleep lab services
• Opportunity to partner with adjacent specialties such as ENT for coordinated patient careCandidate Requirements
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine (must obtain board certification within 3 years of employment)
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of IndianaCompensation & Benefits
