What You'll Do:

Provide adult psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning Manage medication regimens for adult patients with behavioral health issues Collaborate with inpatient NPs and other team members to ensure quality patient care Participate in weekend call coverage during assigned 14-day rotation Document clinical findings in accordance with facility policies Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Support the ongoing mental health needs of patients in a licensed 48-bed facility

What You Need:

Active Indiana Medical License Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry At least 2 years of inpatient adult psychiatric experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule, including weekend call coverage Local or nearby candidate preferred (commuting support if applicable) About the
