                  Infusion coverage at both Mishawaka (3 days) & Plymouth (2 days) with call coverage in the evenings.
                    Patient Volume:
                    Ave. of 30 per day
                      Patient Demographics:
                      Adult, Geriatric

                      Hem 50%, Onc 50%
                        Duties:
                        • Participation on a Tumor Board
                        • Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
                        • Orders Tests, Blood Bank, Orders Images
                        • Prescribes
                        Required Procedures:
                        Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy
                          EMR:
                          Epic
                            Other Info:
                            Administration of Chemo will be by the physician and nurse oncologist.
                            • Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered
                            Requirements:
                            • Active IN License
                            • BC
                            • BLS
                            • Has interest in going PERM
                            • Self-Query NPDB report (should be pulled within the month)
