Job Description:
St. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a growing, well-respected Primary Care practice supported by St. Elizabeth Healthcare , an award-winning, integrated health system. Position Overview The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive Primary Care services for patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and educating patients while working closely with a multidisciplinary care team. This physician will play a highly visible role within the practice and the community, consistently creating a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership. Physicians are supported by St. Elizabeth Physicians' administrative and clinical infrastructure while contributing to shared clinical, operational, and financial goals.   • physicians never practice alone APP support on-site at all times Onsite testing and procedures , allowing for faster diagnosis and treatment plans Diabetic testing, urinalysis, and pregnancy testing performed on-site Reduced need for outside referrals Robust clinical support , including: 1:1 MA support Front office staff and practice coordinator RN Care Coordinator Social Work support Work-Life Balance & Community Very low cost of living Minimal congestion and traffic Short commute•often 10 minutes or less , and typically under 30 minutes depending on location Ideal for physicians seeking a balanced lifestyle with meaningful patient relationships Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME•or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency Ability to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of completing residency Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA About St.
