Job Description

SETTING:
100% outpatientfull time = 35-hrs in clinic + 5 "admin" hoursExtremely flexible to hit 35-hrs in clinic & 5 "admin" hours•
DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN OFFICE
for Admin HoursMost providers look similar to: 3-days (8-5:30), 1-day (8-7)pm, 1-day "admin" at home if they need to catch up20-24 patients per dayaverage
PAYOR MIX
(across WHN): 65% Medicare/Medicaid 30% Commercial 5% Self Payall ages
  • w/ PD being part-time, the FM will see all ages, cradle to grave, on days w/o PD in clinic

COMPENSATION:
COMP MODEL 1
(new provider): Salary + Enculturation Bonus Salary Range = $225,000
