                              Stage VII certified

                                    Support Staff Available:
                                    Shared office with a Primary Care Provider

                                            • General outpatient family or internal medicine care
                                            JOB REQUIREMENTS
                                              Licenses:
                                              Active IN license/IMLC
                                                Certifications:
                                                Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine
                                                  Experience:
                                                  Open to experienced physicians and new grads
                                                    Other Qualifications:
                                                    Effective EMR use (EPIC); strong interpersonal skills
                                                    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
                                                    • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a full spectrum of patients
                                                    • See 15-30 patients per day
                                                    • Participate in 1:10 phone call rotation
                                                    • Maintain documentation using
                                                    EPIC EMR
                                                    • Collaborate with supportive system physicians and primary care providers
                                                    • Contribute to system-wide growth in an expanding health network
