Perform comprehensive or focused physical exams. Provides patient and family education and instructions regarding medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Consults / collaborates with physicians and other allied professionals. Assures that adequate patient health records are maintained and transferred as required when patients are referred. Complies with Hospital policies & procedures, as applicable. Complies with regulatory agency standards. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements
  • Medical Degree from an accredited medical school is required.
  • Must have successfully completed a residency program.
  • Required Licensure and Certifications:
    Must be board certified and possess a current non-restricted license in Kansas. Must possess current, valid federal and state narcotics certificates. Current BLS and PALS certification required
