Call:
Shared rotation, approximately 1:6 if participating Patient Population and Volume Adults only Clinic volume: 25-30 patients per day Inpatient admissions and rounding as required Phone consults supported by 24-hour nurse triage team Case mix: General urology, robotic urology, pelvic floor reconstruction Clinical Responsibilities Provide outpatient clinic coverage Perform robotic and general urologic surgeries, including pelvic floor reconstruction Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urologic conditions Participate in shared hospital call coverage as assigned Document all care in
Epic EMR Facility and Support EMR:
Epic Operating equipment: da Vinci Xi robotic system available Hospital-based multispecialty backup and established urology team 24-hour nurse triage and dedicated support staff Privileges, Credentialing, Compensation Hospital privileges required Credentialing timeline: ~90 days Rate, travel, lodging, and malpractice: TBD Required Qualifications Active medical license Active DEA Board eligible required; board certified preferred (Urology) Robotic surgery experience and robotic training required Pelvic floor reconstruction experience strongly preferred Ability to work in both clinic and OR settings
