Setting:
manufacturing facility in Berea, KY Patient ages: 18+ (no dependents, spouses, or children) Primary care setting with chronic condition health management Acute Care visits 10-15 ppd or less
Schedule:
Tuesdays 8:30-2pm
Required :
EPIC experience Active KY license
Compensation :
1099 contract 100% of malpractice insurance covered
