Excellent Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $385,000-$425,000 Productivity and quality bonuses based on RVUs Hospital Weekend Call Compensation Recruitment bonus: $25,000 Sign-on bonus: $10,000 Relocation support: up to $5,000 Optional residency stipend NHSC loan repayment eligibility 401(k) with up to 5% employer match 32 days of paid time off annually FTCA malpractice coverage

We go a step further to support your time and well-being by providing weekend Locum Tenens coverage so you can truly recharge. For weekends you work, we offer Hospital Weekend Call Compensation as additional recognition for your time and commitment.
