Blanchfield Army Community Hospital - Intrepid Spirit Center MDPerm is seeking a Primary Care / Family Medicine Physician to support the Intrepid Spirit Center at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This physician will provide comprehensive medical care to active-duty service members experiencing traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurological conditions, and related health issues. Duties and Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations . Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions . Develop treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Provide preventive medicine and health maintenance care . Coordinate referrals to specialty providers when appropriate. Document patient encounters in

. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for treatment planning. Provide medical consultation to other providers within the clinic. Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) . Completion of ACGME-approved residency in Family Medicine or Primary Care . Board certified or board eligible through ABMS or AOA . Current unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state. Current BLS certification . Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience preferred . Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday 40 hours per week MDPerm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
