Job Description

Regional Medical Director Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) Emergency Medicine Kentucky Core Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Medical Director to lead Emergency Medicine services across 3 hospitals within Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH), a 14-hospital, non-profit system serving rural communities throughout West Virginia and Kentucky. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to drive strategic and clinical impact at a scale, while maintaining hands-on clinical practice. This hybrid leadership and clinical role is ideal for a physician passionate about elevating care quality, building strong clinical teams, and advancing operational performance across multiple sites. The role reports directly to System Medical Director, and partners with a dedicated Director of Operations and Regional Practice Manager to ensure success.
