24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide full-spectrum inpatient coverage in a 25-bed hospital setting Serve as the sole physician during assigned shifts, managing an average census of 14 patients Respond to unrestrictive call duties, including nursing home call when off-site Use Epic EMR to document patient care Collaborate with hospital staff and care team members to deliver high-quality patient care Cover adult and geriatric patient populations, ensuring continuous monitoring and appropriate interventions Participate in hospital protocols and emergency procedures as needed What You Need Active Kentucky medical license Board Certified or Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine At least 2 years of inpatient/hospitalist experience preferred Strong clinical skills, independence, and excellent communication Ability to work independently and handle high-responsibility scenarios About the Assignment Join a well-established hospital in Irvine, KY, delivering vital inpatient care in a Level IV Trauma Center.
