Job Description
Family/Adult Physician opening in Kentucky Located in Lancaster, 23m to Richmond All sites are Federally Qualified Health Care Centers. The facility is a community health center offering medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services in an integrated setting. Clinic proudly practices team based care embedding health educators in the clinical care teams to support patient education, self-management support, and case management needs. Additionally, we have modified a process used by Kaiser to support our physicians in completing patients preventative health needs. The practice has used an electronic health record since 2005.Work schedules are flexible to support a work life balance. Most physicians work either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts; however, the practice offers other options in order to support each providers personal goals.
Salary and Benefits. Employees at all levels are offered a highly competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package Physicians are paid a guaranteed base salary with opportunity for incentive bonuses All full-time employees are offered health, dental, and short and long-term disability insurance as well as a generous paid time off benefits. Professional development funds offer both additional time off and reimbursement for educational endeavors. Malpractice provided with no need for tail coverage upon departure. Loan repayment available at select locations.
