  • General Surgery Opening in Kentucky
  • Located in Louisa, Kentucky
  • About the Position
  • Full-time General Surgery opportunity with a hospital-employed model in eastern Kentucky near Yatesville Lake. This role offers a flexible schedule, strong procedural volume, and a supportive clinical environment with excellent work/life balance.
  • Practice Details
  • Full-time, employed position
  • Flexible schedule
  • Bread and butter general surgery
  • No GI required with a high-volume GI program in place (over 2,500 scopes annually)
  • Practice located adjacent to the hospital for easy access
  • 4 OR suites with modern equipment
  • Endoscopy room and cystoscopy room available
  • Operating room staff experienced across all surgical areas
  • No robotics required
  • Team and Environment
  • Excellent anesthesia support
  • Supportive administration and collegial staff
  • Modern surgical towers, scopes, and monitors
  • Strong infrastructure supporting efficient surgical workflow
  • Qualifications
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
  • Comfortable performing bread and butter general surgery cases
  • Must be comfortable practicing without robotic assistance
  • Ability to treat hemorrhoids required
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced surgeons
