Job Description A community-based hospital in eastern Kentucky is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO) to join its team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, strong clinical support, and an excellent work-life balance in a well-established practice setting. Position Highlights Full-time, employed position Flexible scheduling with block scheduling available Typically 2 operating room days per week plus clinic days General Orthopedic Surgery with optional trauma involvement Opportunity to perform joint replacement and arthroscopy (not required) Supportive administration and collaborative clinical environment Strong emphasis on work-life balance Facility Highlights Well-equipped operating rooms with experienced surgical staff Skilled and tenured OR team proficient across surgical specialties Reliable and established anesthesia support Efficient and well-supported clinical operations
