Schedule:

Starting As soon as possible Ongoing; Clinical hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm No call.

Practice Setting:

Inpatient/Outpatient

General surgery cases

Credentialing Timeframe:

30 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena & Meditech

Certifications Required:

Board Certified, Fellowship preferred, Basic Life Support certifications (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Licensure Required:
