Position Overview:

We are currently seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis near

MC QUADY, KY.

The need is ongoing, providing flexibility for physicians with varied schedules. Exams primarily involve interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations, including range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and assessment of traumatic brain injury.

Half-day (4 hours or less) or full day (4-8 hours)

Board Certification:

Required in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or

PM&R DMA

Certification:

Available (CME credits)

Equipment Required:

Own personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs),

Goniometer Training Provided:

Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)

Reporting:

DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion

Completed in provider portal with records reviewed
