Family Medicine Physician Compensation:

Position Overview The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesdays Off
- Typical patient volume: 21-25 visits per day
- Backup call rotation only (second to an APRN): telephone call approximately 1 in 7 weeks Compensation & Bonuses
- Total earnings > $315,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus:
$25,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
Retention Bonuses:
$8,000 after 2 and 3 years $8,500 after 5 and 7 years $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter

NP Collaborative Agreements:
$1,000 per agreement, annually (up to 5 APRNs) Paid Time Off & Holidays
- 240 hours of PTO annually

- 401(k) Safe Harbor plan 100% vested immediately $1-for-$1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 match on the next 2% (up to 4% total match)

Extended Illness Time:
