7:30-4:40 Monday•Friday with Patients scheduled 8 am to 3:30 PM. Weeknight call included,

Hematology/Oncology Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:

BC:

requires BOTH medical ONC and Hem unless you have completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship. If so, they are only required to be boarded in one or the other. Active KY license or compact in hand, BLS/ACLS, DEA. Epic experience

EMR:

EPIC Patients Volume:

15-18 per day for full time employed physicians Time template: 45 new/ follow up: 15 minutes

Locums:

(if so what) NP daily What percentage of Hem vs Onc? Locums will see primary oncology patients Shifts/ Days/Hours weekly: M-F day shift with rotating night call Monday•Thursday Night call is offsite. when on call would be required to round in the hospital each AM or PM Clinic and hospital are in one building

Call:

Phone triage•appts can be seen the following day (does not return onsite after hours) less than 5 calls per night Will Locums do admits/consults: yes•during rounding when on call week.

Clinic hours 7:30-4:40 Monday•Friday with Patients scheduled 8 am to 3:30 PM Call when applicable will be Monday through Thursday. Weekend coverage is not needed currently.
