Primary Care Outpatient opportunity for Board Certified Physician in Houma, Louisiana Locations also include Monroe, LA.

Overview:

Monday - Thursday; 8am-5pm; Friday 8am - 2pm No Weekends Geriatric patient panel 14-15 patients/day Medicare and Medicare Advantage focus Supportive, team approach with a comprehensive care model rich with resources Base salary plus bonus plan based on quality metrics. Qualifications:
