Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success Paid sick time per applicable state/federal/local laws Licensure/certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide stroke coverage as part of the inpatient Neurology service Manage general inpatient Neurology patients (including M-Th 8:00am-5:00pm and F 8:00am-12:00pm ) Support inpatient coverage with established staffing: 3 NPs for stroke coverage (1-2 per shift) and 1 NP for general neuro coverage Collaborate with the inpatient team during 7:00am-7:00pm coverage Cover care during the scheduled coverage blocks listed below Complete required credentialing paperwork for temporary privileges Requested coverage dates (flexible if possible): 08/03/26 - 08/09/26 09/07/26 - 09/13/26 What You Need Required Neurologist credentials/experience (Neurology role) Ability to obtain temporary privileges (clean background required) Full PCF required to match regular Med Mal coverage Completion of two application processes (one for temporary and one for permanent , if needed by the facility) Preferred Prior inpatient Neurology and/or stroke coverage experience (preferred but not explicitly required) About the Assignment Work with a leading facility in Lafayette, Louisiana providing inpatient Neurology coverage focused on stroke and general Neurology services. The team has an established NP structure for coverage, and you'll support scheduled inpatient shifts with no call required for this search.
