Baton Rouge, LA Position Details:

Full-time, hospital-employed position Level III Trauma designation Diverse surgical case mix including:

• OBGYN, Orthopedics, Urologic, Pediatrics, Plastics
• ENT, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, and Trauma Cases performed at:
• 350-bed main campus hospital with 16 ORs, 4-room endoscopy suite, and 1-room pulmonology suite
• Multidisciplinary Women and Children s Hospital with 6 ORs Team model: 26 CRNAs in a supervisor model

Schedule and Call Structure:

4-week rotating schedule:

• Week 1: 5 days, 10-hour shifts
• Week 2: 7 days of call
• Week 3: Post-call/off week
• Week 4: 5 days, 10-hour shifts Optional internal locums available during off weeks 4 weeks of PTO (in addition to post-call week) 1 week of CME 8 paid holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$700,000
