As a Radiology Manager leading the Radiology and Imaging service line, the department anchors patient care across modalities including CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, nuclear medicine, and interventional imaging, with seamless coordination via enterprise PACS and decision-support tools. This is further strengthened by an expansive network, a multi-site system, and a hospital footprint of 75+ beds that supports access, throughput, and consistent standards for a Radiology Manager.

In this Radiology Manager position, the role typically reports to an Imaging Services Director while partnering closely with a Radiology Medical Director and collaborating deeply with nursing leadership, radiologists, and referring providers. Responsibilities span daily operations, staffing and scheduling, accreditation readiness, budget and capital planning, radiation safety, contrast and dose protocols, quality dashboards, throughput optimization, and talent development—all supported by friendly nurses and a interdisciplinary healthcare team that values shared governance, evidence-based practice, and clinician wellbeing for the Radiology Manager.
