As a Primary Care Provider, you will lead a collaborative care team while delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to your panel. We intentionally maintain a lower daily patient volume (15-18 patients per day) to ensure providers have the time needed to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care and build meaningful patient relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care aligned with a value-based care model Perform routine health assessments, diagnose and treat acute conditions, and manage chronic diseases Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated care delivery Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics Provide preventive care, health education, and population health management Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and clinical standards, including HealthyU policies and Code of Conduct Support the implementation of new care models, technologies, and clinical programs Perform minor procedures and respond to urgent clinical needs as appropriate Stay current with clinical best practices and continuing education MD or DO degree in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted MA state medical license (must be active by start date) Current BLS certification Active DEA registration Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting Experience providing longitudinal, patient-centered care Familiarity with value-based care, population health, and quality improvement initiatives Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team-based care environment HealthyU Clinics is a value-based healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple states and specialties.
