Seeking BC/BENo Visa Assistance AvailableOverview:
Seeking Staff Hospitalists to join an established Hospital Medicine program in Beverly, MA. Day and Night positions available. Traditional 7-on / 7-off block schedule. Department comprised of 60+ physicians and approximately 10 advanced practitioners. Patient volumes within SHM recommended ranges. Collegial, physician-driven hospital medicine group. Community hospital setting with academic affiliation support.
Position Offers:
Base salary range: $290,000-$316,000. Performance-based incentives may be available. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. Paid malpractice coverage. CME allowance. Generous PTO. Retirement savings program. Relocation assistance available. Support with credentialing and onboarding.
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Eligible for Massachusetts medical license. Strong commitment to inpatient, team-based patient care. Collegial and collaborative practice style. About the
