Position OverviewWe're looking for motivated, multi-state licensed telehealth providers to join our growing healthcare operations platform. This role focuses on Primary Care with an emphasis on longevity, wellness, and men's health.

You'll deliver virtual care to patients seeking evidence-based treatments including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), GLP-1 weight loss medications, peptide therapies, erectile dysfunction treatments, and other men's health clinical services.
Licensure Requirement:
Must hold an active, unrestricted license in all 50 U.S. states (or be willing and able to obtain licensure in all 50 states within a defined onboarding period).Essential ResponsibilitiesConduct synchronous and asynchronous telehealth consultations for men's health, weight management, and longevity-focused primary careEvaluate patients for hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 agonists, peptide protocols, and ED treatments following evidence-based clinical guidelinesOrder and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and manage ongoing treatment plansDocument all encounters accurately and in compliance with state and federal telehealth regulationsCollaborate with the clinical operations team to maintain consistent care standards across all 50 statesStay current on emerging therapies and best practices in men's health and longevity medicineRequired QualificationsCurrent, active medical license (NP, MD, or DO) in a minimum of 30 U.S. states, with willingness and ability to obtain licensure in all 50 states within a defined onboarding periodValid DEA registration with authorization to prescribe controlled and uncontrolled substancesMinimum 3 years of clinical experience in a virtual/telehealth practice settingProficiency with EHR/EMR platforms and comfort with asynchronous care modelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approachAbility to work flexibly across U.S. time zonesPreferred Qualifications Experience with testosterone replacement therapy, GLP-1 prescribing, or peptide-based treatmentsBoard certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or a related specialtyPrior experience working within an MSO or multi-provider digital health organizationActive licensure in all 50 states recblid ms882zesa7sof178akwcrxblgpkmoi
