$200,000 $230,000 annually Incentives & Bonuses $30,000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance up to $5,000 Up to $25,000 annual loan repayment for the first five completed years Opportunity to pick up additional shifts in Urgent Care About the Opportunity A mission-driven, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join a collaborative and patient-centered care team. This organization provides comprehensive healthcare services including primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, dental services, specialty care, and substance use treatment to diverse communities across North Central Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care regardless of a patient s income or insurance status and enjoys working within a collaborative, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for individuals and families Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform physical examinations, evaluations, and patient assessments Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, psychologists, nursing staff, and support teams Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare services Participate in preventive care, wellness, and health education initiatives Maintain accurate patient documentation and monitor patient progress Participate in on-call coverage rotation Support quality improvement, safety, and infection control initiatives Mentor and advise clinical staff and students when appropriate Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility for licensure Current DEA and controlled substance registration CPR/AED or ACLS certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eligibility for unrestricted hospital and health center privileges Benefits Annual professional allowance of $3,500 Reimbursement for medical license, DEA, and controlled substance renewals 401(k) and 457 retirement plans Generous paid vacation, personal, and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supplemental accident and cancer insurance options Employee discounts on travel, entertainment, electronics, and more Wellness programs, team-building events, and company-sponsored activities Why Join?
