Established multi-site community health organization in North Central Massachusetts is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient practice. This is an expansion hire due to multiple openings and evolving community demand, with flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and meaningful incentive upside.

Outpatient primary care role serving adult patients Accepting Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians Flexible scheduling options:5x8s, 4x10s, 3x12s, 2x12s + 2x10s. Full-time or part-time options available.1 evening per week required (4:00-8:00 PM session) Patient volume expectations:2-3 patients per hour Incentive structure:~$35-$40 per patient above productivity threshold Additional retention bonus after 1 year Call is extremely light:

Shared among Medical Director, CMO, CNO, and providers Adult-heavy patient population with diverse communities Translation services available and reimbursed Hybrid/telemedicine interest can be considered on a case-by-case basis

Job Requirements:

MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM or FM Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure (license not required to start process) Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Strong interpersonal skills and community-focused mindset
