Primary Care Physician opening in MassachusettsLocated in Gloucester, MA - Boston 40mFull-time;
PermanentOutpatient OnlyHospital-EmployedOverview:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. Join a well-established primary care practice. 4-day clinical work week. 32 clinical hours. 8 administrative hours. Outpatient-only setting. Epic EMR.
Patient population:
young adults through geriatrics. Team-based care model.
Practice includes:
2 MDs, 3 Nurse Practitioners. and 1:1 MD to Medical Assistant support. Focus on quality-driven, patient-centered care within a high-performing system.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $250,000 - $290,000 Eligible for productivity and quality incentives. Comprehensive benefits package. Hospital-employed position. Work-life balance structure with protected administrative time.
Requirements:
MD or DO. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Eligible for Massachusetts medical license. Commitment to patient-centered, team-based primary care. Strong communication and collaboration skills. About the
