Practice Setting and Clinical Scope Join a community-based hospital known for delivering high-quality healthcare services. The practice setting is focused on inpatient nursery care, where you will manage pediatric cases with an emphasis on newborn care. Your responsibilities will include non-invasive vent management, intubation, and responding to in-house codes, specifically for resuscitation post-delivery. The patient population primarily consists of pediatrics, with the average admissions being minimal, ensuring a manageable and focused clinical workload. Schedule and Assignment Details The role requires one weekend of coverage per month, encompassing shifts from Friday at 7 pm through to Monday at 7 am. The schedule is structured to provide continuity of care over the weekend, with shifts alternating between day and night on Saturday and Sunday. This commitment allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to patient care.
