Job Description

CompensationBase salary:$375,000 " $475,000 annually, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Final salary based on education, experience, licensure, and internal equity.

Offers typically made below the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.

Practice OverviewA regional health system is seeking aBC/BE Urologist with robotic surgery experienceto join a community-based, hospital-employed practice. The role combines advanced robotic surgery with accessible, full-spectrum urologic care in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.

Position Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide urologic surgical care, including endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures, open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery as clinically indicated.

Evaluate and manage benign urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care.

Participate in shared urology call coverage.

Collaborate with APPs, OR staff, anesthesia, and nursing teams to optimize throughput and patient experience.

Deliver evidence-based, cost-conscious care appropriate for a community setting.

Take part in hospital quality initiatives and urology service line development.

Maintain strong relationships with referring primary care providers and community specialists.

Support patient education and shared decision-making.

Participate in peer review and departmental meetings.

QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency.

Fellowship training or demonstrated experience inrobotic urologic surgery.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.

Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts and hospital privileges.

Strong interest in community-based practice and long-term program growth.
