The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $400,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mass General Brigham - Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a high-volume, well-established, and collaborative division. This is an excellent opportunity to practice advanced gynecologic surgery while contributing to education, research, and multidisciplinary care within a leading academic community hospital. • High-volume surgical practice with dedicated OR time
• Advanced in-office resources including hysteroscopy and ultrasound
• Strong clinical support including nursing and administrative teams
• Established MIGS Fellowship program with teaching opportunities
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary endometriosis care team

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing complex minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic robotic surgery
• Providing high-quality, patient centered care in both surgical and outpatient settings
• Teaching and mentoring MIGS fellows, residents, and medical students
• Participating in clinical research and scholarly activities
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completion of an AAGL-accredited MIGS (Complex Benign Gynecology) fellowship
• Expertise in advanced laparoscopic, robotic surgery, and hysteroscopy
• Demonstrated interest in clinical research and mentorship
• 3-5 years of post-fellowship experience preferred
