Job Description

We are seeking a dedicatedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established,patient-centered family medicine practice serving the communities of Amherstand Northampton, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to practicewithin an integrative, holistic care model that incorporates primary care,behavioral health, chiropractic services, acupuncture, and additionaltherapeutic services. Family medicine settingserving patients across the lifespan (newborn through geriatrics) Collaborative,multidisciplinary team environment Integrative approach tocare, emphasizing whole-person wellness
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday-Fridayschedule No weekends required One flexible weekday eveningshift (until 6:00 PM) Collaborate with a diverseteam by working across both of our clinic locations
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $130,000 -$165,000, based on experience Comprehensive benefitspackage including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensiveprimary care services to patients of all ages Perform assessments,diagnoses, and treatment planning Collaborate withinterdisciplinary providers including behavioral health, chiropractic, andcomplementary care specialists Promote preventive care andchronic disease management Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentation
Requirements:
Licensed Nurse Practitioneror Physician Assistant in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain) Experience in familymedicine or primary care preferred Commitment topatient-centered, integrative care Strong communication andteamwork skills
