Join Our Team as a Critical Care Physician Lead Life-Saving Care in a Premier ICU Setting Are you a dedicated Critical Care Physician looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment? Our esteemed healthcare facility is seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Physician to provide expert care in our 20-bed ICU. This PRN opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise, supervise residents, and ensure the highest standards of patient care, all while working flexible night and weekend shifts. Required Skills:
Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine (BCC) Valid Massachusetts Medical License BLS and ACLS Certifications At least 1 year of ICU experience Strong procedural skills and ability to supervise residents Proficiency with Epic EMR software Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience supervising internal medicine residents Familiarity with night and weekend shift workflows Additional certifications in advanced critical care or related specialties
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Prior experience working in similar ICU settings Proven track record of effective bedside leadership and patient management
Other Requirements:
