Pediatric Specialists:
Neonatal-Perinatal and Critical Care Medicine Join our compassionate team as a Pediatrics - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering life-saving care to our most vulnerable patients. This position offers a unique chance to impact the health and well-being of neonates and critically ill children, working alongside dedicated professionals in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and/or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Valid medical license for practice in the relevant state Proven experience in neonatal intensive care units (NICU) and pediatric critical care settings Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Nice toHave Skills:
Experience with on-call coverage and emergent patient management Advanced certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Research background or academic involvement in neonatal or pediatric critical carePreferred Education and Experience:
Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited institution Completion of a relevant fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Prior experience in a hospital setting with NICU coverage and on-call responsibilitiesOther Requirements:
Ability to provide backup NICU coverage on-call as needed Participation in hospital or state-mandated training and compliance protocols Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and continuous quality improvement initiatives Certification reimbursement, licensure, and travel expenses provided when applicable Join us in making a difference in the lives of our young patients.
