• Baltimore, Maryland 240-bed facility with a 50-bed Emergency Department.

Primary Stroke Center. Annual volume of 65,000 with a 23% admit rate. Vituity scribe support available. Part of a large Catholic health system that emphasizes service to the poor. • $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
